Low vibration energy can leave you feeling tired, inattentive, lethargic, or apathetic. This energy can come into our lives for a number of reasons, but the most recent global crisis has left a lot of fear around the unknown, which can have adverse effects on well-being and energy.
So what does raising your vibration mean and why is it important?
Simply put, a vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, or thing. Understanding someone’s vibration or the vibes they give off is largely intuitive but you can tell a person’s energy when they walk into a room. While some people draw you closer, others make you want to keep your distance.
Everything in the universe is made up of molecules vibrating at different speeds, including thoughts and emotions. Human vibrations are everything from physical matter to the way you communicate your thoughts. Higher vibration molecules vibrate faster and lower molecules vibrate slower.
After examining perspective and shifting your focus to feeling happier we’ve discovered a way to shake low vibrational energy and get out of the dullness. And the key is talking with people who inspire you. Connecting with people who lift your spirits and light up your soul, whether that’s in person, a phone call or FaceTime.
Those connections are especially important to help support you. Talk with a person who you can genuinely and authentically open up to, and share how you’re feeling or what you need. Ask them what it is they’re working on as far as projects or ask them about the things that they want to work on. Share your ideas about projects and passion fueled goals you’ve always wanted to pursue.
If sharing isn’t for you then look to people who you’re inspired by. Whose life would you love to live and who do you want to emulate? Who lights you up and who do you idolize because of their career?
Do you idolize JK Rowling, Stevie Nicks, Oprah, Steve Jobs, Meryl Steep, Einstein?
By researching someone you idolize and learning their routines and philosophies, you can gain the motivation to pursue what it is you want to do.
There can be so much fear and uncertainty surrounding the future, but you don’t have to be in a state of low vibration if you don’t want to be. Choosing to use your down time wisely and having focus on learning a new skill changes your energy. That shift in perspective, to cultivate actions towards what you’re passionate about will enable feeling more motivated and inspired to achieve your goals.
If you don’t know what to pursue or what you want to learn about, then speak to a someone you feel comfortable confiding in about what they’re working on, and if you don’t have that person then research someone who inspires you.
When you’re vibrating at a higher level frequency, you feel lighter, happier, and more at ease. Lower vibrations make you feel heavy, dark, and lack clarity. So when you think and focus positively on things you’re excited about, you not only affect your well-being, but the atmosphere around you. That’s why it’s so important to surround yourself with people who lift you up, rather than drag you down. Spend time with people who make you feel better about yourself, who believe in you, and want to resonate at a high frequency. Raising your energetic frequency is one of the best gifts you can give because when you lift yourself up, you bring others with you.
